OVERVIEW

Many boats are purpose designed and built, but the Cobia 24 DC is multi-purpose built and done well. She still retains great style and handling with many different uses.

You want to just to out for the day with the family and friends well you have comfortable seating for up to 9 passengers and enough storage beneath the seats and sole for an army. After have a quite lunch in a quiet cove the kids want to go tubing, well there is a water ski/ tubing pylon on the back side of the rugged hard top frame. This location places it out of the way (actually almost invisible to most) and high enough to be out of the way of the motor as well as a spotter seat.

Everyone one is done playing for the day well, it's time to pull out the rods grab some tackle from the built in tackle draws beneath the helm seat and do some fishing on the way home. There are 4 recessed gunnel mounted rod holders as well as for more as part of the hard top frame. On the transom there is a livewell and beneath the sole are two insulated fish boxes.

Need to keep food and drinks cold, well they thought of that as well. Beneath the aft facing lounger is an insulated 92 quart cooler. If you need to drop the anchor, it sits ready to deploy in a stainless steel anchor roller recessed into the hull rather than mounted on deck and for those times when you want to pull up to a beach and get off with out getting your feet wet, there is a bow ladder stored in the anchor locker.

I am sure this is something that they haven't included on this boat but it sure comes close for a boat to do something for everyone.
