2013 Trinity Yachts Tri-Deck

CHAMPAGNE SEAS is a 50m (164ft) all aluminium motor yacht built by Trinity Yachts and delivered in November 2012, with exterior design by Geoff Van Aller and interior by J.C Espinosa and Ramon Alonso. She accommodates twelve guests in six staterooms, including a full beam master suite on the main deck with 180 degree vertical windows, with a crew of ten. Twin Caterpillar 3516C engines give 18 knots cruising and 23 knots maximum. She completed a major refit in 2022, a complete interior refit in Fort Lauderdale in 2024 and 2025, and a second major refit at Atlas Shipyards, Greece, from October 2025 to February 2026. ABS classed, MCA LY2, Cayman Islands commercial flag.

Hull Hauled out 14 October 2025. Below waterline sanded and antifouled, sea chests cleaned, new copper anodes, alloy work to bottom shell and swim platform, non destructive testing, mast painted.

Running Gear Shafts withdrawn and NDT tested, new ORKOT starboard bracket bearing with laser alignment, propellers serviced.

Steering Rams overhauled, new seals and hoses, emergency valves replaced, rudders recalibrated.

Main Engines: Heat exchangers and aftercoolers cleaned and pressure tested, new alternator.

Generators: Full service, new AVR, injector and cooling fans.

Deck Machinery: Both windlasses fully overhauled, bow thruster power pack serviced, new anchor shackles.

Systems Valves and overboard spool pieces renewed, new heaters and circulation pumps, day tank cleaned and certified

Deck New Burmese teak on the swim platform, approx. 23 sq m

Navigation and Safety: Two new magnetrons, Furuno equipment, new Pains, New Furuno Radar, Wessex MOB equipment, navigation lights renewed, TimeZero.

Alarm Monitoring: New Siemens AMCS with workstations at bridge, engine control room, engine room, crew mess, guest lobby and engineer's cabin

Air Conditioning Two new chillers, all fan coil units serviced with new carbon filters
