Designed by Judel/Vrolijk, the Hanse 470e (epoxy) fractional sloop is renowned for combining exhilarating sailing characteristics with spacious and comfortable cruising accommodations. She has become a flagship of the Hanse line, with the tall rig and high freeboard, shared with Hanse's own 545. 

The result is a 47’ sailing yacht that carries herself like a bigger boat: a fast, stable, and comfortable passage maker. Hanse's self-tacking jib system and thoughtfully designed deck layout make her a natural for shorthanded sailing with easy access to every winch, halyard, and furling line from the helm.

Built to Germanisher-Lloyd Yacht Plus Certificate standards. 

The hull is epoxy laid composite, Corecell, quadaxial glass, vacuum bagged.

Bulkheads are glassed to both the hull and deck.

The Hanse 470e offers a voluminous, light, and bright living space throughout the salon and staterooms with opening ports, top light from the overhead flush mound deck hatches and hull port lights, Cherry interior woodwork, Corian counters, and durable laminate flooring.

SALON

Step down into the comfortable and contemporary main salon featuring an L shaped settee and table to port. Aft of the settee is the nav station with chart table, 12v panel above, and 110v panel below.

To starboard is the optional settee/sofa which rolls out for dining, 2 seats recline with pull-out foot rests. There is ample storage under the cushions and bottle storage in main table.

GALLEY

Aft starboard, has an open and functional layout with plenty of counter space for prep and cooking, double sinks, extensive stowage in the upper and lower lockers, a 2-burner SS gas stove & oven, and 12-volt Isotherm fridge and freezer units.

OWNERS CABIN & HEAD

Forward is a spacious owner’s cabin with ample storage lockers along with a full wardrobe and desk. To port is the private head with undermount sink, stand up shower and head. An opening hatch provides light and ventilation.

AFT GUEST/DAY HEAD: Across from the galley is the aft head, with undermount sink, and stall shower. There is a large fixed port and an opening port for ventilation. 

AFT GUEST STATEROOMS

The 2 aft cabins are mirror image, each feature lots of light from the hull and opening port lights, along with 3 large storage lockers and a hanging wardrobe per side.
