ABOUT ROCK.IT

Delivered in 2014 by Feadship’s De Vries shipyard, ROCK.IT is a 60.4-meter (198’) custom motor yacht combining Feadship pedigree, proven transoceanic capability, substantial interior volume and an unusually comprehensive maintenance history.

Commissioned by an experienced yacht owner and designed inside and out by Sinot Yacht Design & Architecture, ROCK.IT was conceived as a true long-range family yacht. Her steel hull, aluminum superstructure, 1,051 GT volume and approximately 5,300-nautical-mile range combine with the engineering, craftsmanship and attention to detail for which Feadship is internationally recognized.

Lloyd’s Registered and MCA compliant for commercial operation, ROCK.IT remained with her original owner for approximately nine years and was never chartered during that ownership. Following her acquisition by her current owner in 2023, she has participated in only a limited friends-and-family charter program of approximately four to six weeks annually. This limited utilization distinguishes her from many commercially operated yachts of similar age and size. 

Accommodation & Layout

ROCK.IT offers an exceptionally flexible guest arrangement. Her primary accommodations include a full-beam Owner’s Suite on the main deck, two VIP staterooms with king-size beds, a European king guest stateroom and a twin stateroom with trundle.

A sixth guest stateroom (Flex cabin/head) was added in 2024 in lieu of the Purser’s office. This is located behind the bridge and across from the Captain’s cabin. This Flex cabin can be utilized as a sixth stateroom for guests or if an owner is desiring additional crew. Utilizing this cabin takes the guest total from 11 to 13, or crew from 13 to 15. 

Crew accommodations include five double-bunk crew cabins forward on the lower deck, a dedicated Chief Engineer’s cabin aft, plus Captain’s and Flex cabin accommodations on the bridge deck. 

Exterior Design

ROCK.IT’s distinctive exterior profile was created by Sinot Yacht Design & Architecture, with sculptural lines inspired by Italian sports cars. Her proportions combine the presence expected of a 60-meter Feadship with an elegant, low-profile silhouette.

Expansive exterior spaces are arranged for both private family use and entertaining, including multiple dining and lounge areas, a large sun deck with Jacuzzi, substantial sunbathing areas and retractable shade systems.

Interior Design & Craftsmanship

ROCK.IT’s interior is entirely bespoke, combining richly figured crotch mahogany with Macassar ebony, sycamore inlays, silk carpeting, onyx and carefully selected marbles.

Custom furnishings by renowned American furniture designer Frank Pollaro were created specifically for the yacht. The main salon functions both as an elegant reception space and private cinema, with a large television discreetly concealed within the overhead when not in use.

The formal dining table, featuring a Macassar sunburst veneer, is itself an exceptional piece of custom furniture, with a stated replacement value exceeding €350,000. 

Owner & Guest Suites

The full-beam Owner’s Suite occupies a commanding position forward on the main deck and includes a king-size berth, private office and sitting area, two large walk-in wardrobes and separate his-and-hers bathrooms.

The suite showcases some of ROCK.IT’s most exceptional craftsmanship, including sculpted three-dimensional mahogany paneling and extensive custom joinery. The Owner’s bathroom incorporates a vanity carved from a single block of rare Portoro Gold marble, complemented by Statuario Bianco marble and backlit white onyx.

Guest accommodations carry the same materials and level of detailing throughout, including bespoke silk carpeting, figured mahogany, custom lighting, Pollaro-designed furniture and marble en-suite bathrooms. 

Skylounge & Outdoor Living

The bridge-deck skylounge offers a more informal interior environment with solid teak flooring, sycamore detailing, hand-woven teak ceiling panels and a striking bar incorporating backlit alabaster and honey onyx.

Outdoor living is distributed across three generous decks. The sun deck incorporates a raised Jacuzzi, extensive sunpads, shaded seating and a fully equipped bar beneath the hardtop. The bridge deck aft provides a substantial al fresco dining area with overhead heating and air conditioning, twin lounge areas and an electrically extending sunshade, allowing the space to be used comfortably across a broad range of climates.

Engineering & Performance

ROCK.IT was engineered for genuine long-range cruising. Twin 1,520 hp MTU 12V4000 M53R main engines provide a comfortable 12-knot cruising speed and approximately 15-knot maximum speed. At an economical 10.5-knot passage speed, her range is approximately 5,300 nautical miles, providing true transoceanic capability.

Her machinery spaces reflect the same level of engineering and maintenance found throughout the yacht. The three 200 kW John Deere generators underwent comprehensive overhauls in 2024, followed by major scheduled servicing in Barcelona in 2025. The yacht has also completed her 10-year class survey and continues to operate under a documented preventative-maintenance program.

ROCK.IT has benefited from a continuous program of preventative maintenance, system upgrades and capital investment. Significant work completed since 2019 includes AV/IT modernization, machinery overhauls, propulsion and thruster servicing, alarm and monitoring upgrades, exterior refinishing and extensive class-related maintenance.

AVIT Upgrade (2019):

• Completed AVIT system upgrade, including installation of drop-down cinema TV in the main salon
• Verified system functionality post-upgrade
• Confirmed operational status of upgraded components
• Crestron NVX AV Distribution System, AV solution delivers the latest technology and specifications like 4K60, 4:4:4, deep color and HDR (upgrade over standard 1Gb Ethernet network). The system Controls are handled by a fast Crestron 3-Series Control Processor, which provides better graphical user interface with a nice, clean look and feel on iPads.
• TVs were upgraded to Sony 4K Ultra HD screens in the following areas: Sun Deck, Captains Cabin, Bridge Deck Lounge, Owners Stateroom, Crew Mess, Guest Staterooms and VIP Staterooms. The audio is upgraded (amplifiers) in the Captains Cabin/Wheelhouse and VIP and Guest Staterooms with a Yamaha AV Multichannel Amplifier. The Sun Deck, BD Lounge and BD Aft will be equipped with an Emotiva AV Pre-amp/Processor, central installed.

The refinishing project included full hull and superstructure painting. The project took approximately 5 months to complete and included an extensive site preparation and protection by removal and reinstallation of exterior hardware and equipment, and associated yard services.

• A complete top to bottom paint polishing and DiTEC coating was applied (October 2024) and hand buffed by a professional team flown in from USA. All exterior paint surfaces were polished and DiTEC ceramic sealer coatings applied
• February 2026 certain areas of superstructure were polished and reapplied with Ditec
• September 2026 DiTEC ceramic polish completed from March Balance of Sides and Super Rub rail up and Boot - Transom for show

Tender Engine Repowered (2024):

- Mercury 300hp V8 Verado XL 

Quantum Stabilizer System Service (September 2025):

Maintenance and overhaul of the Quantum stabilizer system was performed at Marina Barcelona 92, with the primary scope focused on the 4,000-hour service of both port and starboard Quantum QC2200 STD stabilizers and associated Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs). 

• Replacement of main stabilizer cylinders, including new pin wear parts
